Returns and Replacements
Items to be returned for replacement must be accompanied with a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by one of our Technical Support Representatives.
Once an RMA number is approved, you will receive an email containing instructions on return of shipment. Appliance returns must be shipped to the address provided in the e-mail via prepaid freight. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without a pre-approved RMA number.
Unused parts must be shipped back within 15 days with all original packaging or ample packing material and other inclusions it came with to ensure safe shipment to the address given in the email. |
